Lilium NV (LILM) Share Price

It is not unusual for “deals” to slip for one reason or another, And it is not unusual for deals to close at the end of the month. So I am only a “little” concerned right now.

Does anyone have an opinion on stock price if it is announced the deal has “closed?” Up? Down? Neutral? How about a %, in your opinion?

My concern is that the current price reflects the “deal” already. But it has continued to slip further down. Maybe because the deal has not closed?

And, I have not seen anything else anywhere when researching.

Frustrating.

Check it out this news today.
It mentioned that a Saudi group ordered 50 Lilium jets. I also remember that in an interview with Lilium CEO last year he said that the company had at least 100 firm orders for Lilium jets. So that implies an potential of more than $1.5B revenue for Lilium. I believe the price will and can go back to dollarland pretty soon once the acquisition is done and company restart business and progress forward.
If you compare Lilium with similar US eVTOL company Archer and Joby for market price and capacity, you will see Lilium has a great potential to reach a market cap of $3-5B within next year when they get the aviation license and start to deliver jets. GLTY

Once (MUC) takes ownership at the end of the month. Will this still trade under LILMF?   
If so, Is there a potential for this to push to a dollar again?

EVTL is taking a hit this a.m. Anyone know why?

Ah…. I just found the following in an SEC filing:

As previously reported on the Form 6-K filed on
December 26, 2024, Lilium GmbH and Lilium eAircraft GmbH, the principal operating wholly-
owned German subsidiaries (the “Subsidiaries”)
of Lilium, signed an asset purchase agreement dated December 23, 2024 (the “Agreement”), with MUC
Mobile Uplift Corporation
GmbH (the “Purchaser”), pursuant to which the Purchaser intends to acquire the operating assets of the Subsidiaries. The
main
execution of the Agreement with the transfer of possession of the operating assets and the transfer of the operations of the Subsidiaries
occurred on January
7, 2025. The transfer of ownership of the assets of the Subsidiaries is expected to occur on January 20, 2025. Proceeds
received from the sale will be
utilized according to German Insolvency Law. Lilium will not receive proceeds from the sale which will
enable it to make any distributions to shareholders.

I was inquiring about the delay? Does anyone have any research on why the deal has not closed?

You can easily find a bunch of recent news about Lilium by searching in Google using "Lilium news". The acquisition is expected to close by end of January. The new investor is expected to inject $200M into the company and restart the business.

Will the investment deal actually close? May I ask where you get your information?

Just read a Chinese news online: A similar German eVTOL company "Volocopter" filed insolvency recently find a Chinese company named Geely for purchase agreement.

It's not every day a company gets bought out by private Investors to be taken out of bankruptcy… This stock was trading well over a dollar last year
