No stock goes straight up for days, especially this one with the extension in limbo. It dropped today because there was a hit piece on it again by the former employee who is doubling down suing the company.

As has been posted several times... BCAP needs a Market Maker to file a Form 211. THAT needs to be processed by FINRA. If FINRA suspects fraud, then they will not process a Form 211. Heck... Jake may not even find a Market Maker willing to take the risk and try.
