We did not. We have been worth 65 cents for about 4 years now. Vyvanse stirred some retail investors loins. But it was a minor aspect of the growth to this point.

This one will not be denied. He's got too much going on, too many good people with him. 

Nexboard most likely failed a recent attempt at certification in the last 3 months after its failed attempt in June. It would make it the 3rd failed attempt.

what loan? the $50 million is not a loan but a commitment to more dilution. They will need to increase the AS yet again because they will be writing checks the share count cannot cash. I say burn all of the exec options/warrants as they deserve NONE OF THEM

It's no big deal now the damage is already done. Time heals all wombs.  Most investors were contacted and informed of the situation. It's all a learning experience.
