An email from Frank rec;d today says that they have to fill out form 211 with the market maker.........they are working on that. They are also working on the liquidation event tot ake place in this 4th quarter. Keep in mind that the form 211 they will submit has to go thru and be aproved by FINRA..........mu best guess is 3 - 6 months for completion according to google search that is what they are stating for a form 211 approval.

What does that have to do with anything here?

Really an email from Frank and he's working with the market makers now that's a crock of shit. When this all started it was presented as a dividend my experience dividend means cash. Shares are for trading and crooked franks webinar he said wdhi would be worth what the market determines. What happened to the $3.50 for every two shares of hnrc what a scumbag CEO. I've been in spinoffs before usually done in 8 months or so. File bankruptcy close the doors so we can at least get the write off

He has done this exact same thing a few times. Says it's a paperwork thing, it's in FINRA's hands, etc. And the dividend NEVER gets paid. It sits in your account as a line item but is NEVER worth anything. If you don't believe me, research it. I'm just being truthful with you, unlike Frank.

May 26th 2023 wdhi dividend was completed. Frank pulled off another scam with that BS. We all should have known when the day to purchase hnrc was extended it was a money grab for crooked Frank. Maybe the trump administration will do a better job going after the criminals in the stock market

It appears that they did make some purchases, but I think some of those purchases have not begun to add much to the bottom line yet. Their NAV has dropped drastically.

Dilution isn't always bad, depends what the company does with it. Appears they have quite a profitable company.

Because it was diluted tremendously and it has yet to come through on its WDHI stock dividend.
