This is a request to remove “Shell” status of Hai Jia International Limited Company (“HBIE”) on OTCMarkets.com.
The former name of Hai Jia International Limited Company was Trinity Capital Partners, which was a shell company until the Variable Interest Entity Contract was signed on November 30, 2022, to acquire 100% Crown Pass Trade Co. Ltd.
A trading company in Taiwan Via VIE structure.
The new majority shareholder has decided to change the issuer’s name to Hai Jia International Limited Company on May 2021 and conduct new trading business of In Taiwan since November 30, 2022. The target company has inventory and assets in Taiwan and HBIE will generate monthly revenue in Taiwan starting December 1, 2022.
Hai Jia International Limited Company has filed VIE Contracts and Shell Status Removal Letter on OTCMartkets. Please remove the “Shell” status on the website of OTCMarket accordingly.

Just look at the history here of share count. It looks as though dilution has been going on for some time when they took over. There hasn't been any interest here to allow them to dilute any more at the moment. It's hard for the company to dilute when they've traded under 10,000 shares over the last 6 months. Only ones left here are pumping, hoping to unload. Anyone who owns 5,000 shares here, dumping them into the bid, will drop this to trips. There's is ZERO interest in this garbage. Never was, never will. Lol.

What is better: the $HBIE 1 year returns, or the time spent posting about the returns.

Wow.....great returns here. I wonder how anyone here expects the price to move up when the longs don't have enough confidence to even slap the ask. If this was such a gem, I wonder why it's only traded about 4000 shares in over a year? Scam or the next pump and dump. Either way, garbage at it's best.

It hit 0.94 in May, so that was pretty close enough.

But really, why not put your efforts in scams that are really moving with millions in daily dollar volume, instead of pulling a dead horse where nothing happens.....

People know there is no volume. People know the bid is at 0.28 with a huge spread to ask, people know AS might be a concern IF the company would decide to dilute - which did not happen so far. So what is new? Nothing! Some people have a few lottery tickets here due to the insane low float (yes, still!). Who cares.

Until now the new owners of the shell do not have any track record of being a scam, so they deserve the benefit of the doubt. Yes that also means waiting for who knows how long until something will happen here (either positive or negative). Who cannot wait should sell or not even have bought at all here. Bashing as stock with literally no volume feels... pretty useless.

When the news hit that they are issuing shares to get close to AS, it would be too late to run. My crystal ball says the AS raise to 2B shares, would not be the last.

Raising 250M to 2B AS in less than a year shouls tell you something.

Virtually nobody is selling shares of $HBIE.

Speaking of FACT CHECKING, stop posting the float of 219K. That number has QUADRUPLED. Well over 800k float, but regardless of how big or how small you try to make it sound, means nothing. There is ZERO daily volume for multiple months and ZERO interest by anyone but front loaders that are trapped. Lol.

Look at Section 7. It is all written in balack and white Oh my God, they award themselves tons of shares for shady operation out of wet market. No real office, no real employees, no real product. Its all about enriching themselves

I agree. Like you said, its all about the front loaders trying to get out. The office they have is in Wet Market in Vietnam. I wouldnt invest in a company having an office in wet market in VT

Just my opinion though.

A simple google search will lead you to conclusion that they don't even have a proper office.

Those front loaders that bought just because of the "Supposedly/ Allegedly Low SS", made a mistake and tried to get the next people to buy their shares so they can get out.
