Many questions could be answered by talking to shareholders! Hiding behind private phone numbers and hanging up on shareholders does not cut it! Not to mention the ONLY asset sflm had the jewelry business that was supposed to be gone and any funds from it are now gone! Magically with Chad as the name in management!! We deserve answers! I'm not broke but it's the principles involved here or lack thereof im pissed about!! I will not let this go!

Phone numbers are portable these days. Who knows . He could have moved to WA and kept his Utah phone number and vice versa. All we know is we were misled and it appears deliberately as the inability to even contact the company appears deliberate too. Why is he hiding?

It appears as though there are more than one phone number tied to SFLM, which may or may not connect to different Chad MacKays. Who knows what's going on, but maybe he isn't even the one responsible for what's transpired. 🤷
Regardless, hopefully another CEO eventually takes over SFLM and does something with it. Or, maybe an unexpected press release will run the price up while on Expert Market, and then they will get it back to Pink Current.

I just looked it up for about the 30 th time! That 801 area code us a salt Lake city number or 4 counties in the surroundjng area. Clearly stated on Google.

People - do a Google search of that number. It says it belongs to a 43 yr old guy in WA named Chad McKay who previously lived in Utah. His house is worth over 2 million.

Exactly - he stated in the 2023 'X' update PR that raising capital to implement the plan might be challenging and if it all got too difficult he should have sold the shell.

He had already divested the jewelry business by November 2022 as planned and confirmed that in subsequent filings.

Thanks for your interpretation. It makes no sense to me why McKay would not pursue minimally selling this shell for $250k to 500k.

What phone number did you use to call him? Please provide. I think many of us should call him and have our own experience.

Had the Verified Profile been kept current by the CEO, as $SFLM was on the Alternate Reporting Standard, he wouldn't have had to do anything else except submitting the 2024 Annual Report covering the period to December 31, 2024 by April 30, 2025

As previously stated, traders have no visibility on otcmarkets.com when the Company Profile ceases to be Verified within the last 12 months or the reasons for being considered Dark or Defunct - these could be as simple as not paying fees due to otcmarkets.com or not responding to attempts to contact.

For the currently listed CEO (Chad MacKay), or anyone else, who takes over up until the new OTCID system comes in on July 1, 2025, all they would need to do to become OTC Pink Limited again would be to file the 2024 Annual Report and complete one of the new Management Certifications that replaces the Attorney Opinion Letter but also requires a lot of additional detail - for instance declaring any convertible debt or certifying that there is none. If the CEO did that, he could sell the shell to a company that wanted to go public - other advertised examples are generally offered in the $250K - $500K range.

From July 1, 2025, OTC Pink Current will become OTCID Basic Market and everything else will either be Pink Limited Market or Expert Restricted Market.

Only those that meet the standard for OTCID Basic Market will have a relationship - and therefore fees due to - otcmarkets.com. It has not yet been stated exactly what the qualifications for that are.

In the meantime, tickers on Expert Market can be bought by traders using offshore accounts like Questrade or Speedtrader - and you can see that happening on at least 2 other tickers that are known to be coming back from Expert Market - one in a matter of days/weeks - the other likely in a few months per a PR that explained the way forward..

Chad is a fraud its that simple ! It was him on the phone he confirmed it to me! He only became angry and hung up after I asked him about sflm! When I reached him the second time he informed me his number was private and if I did not stop calling he would involve the police! After calling him a few names I encouraged him to call the police ! He is a coward who does not have the decency to speak to us share holders!! He virtually stole yhe jewelry company from us!! We git stuck with a worthless stock and he got the only asset sflm had ! He is a slime!

Last week, someone who hasn't been on this board previously said Chad claimed he put out a press release over a year ago advising that he was no longer involved with SFLM.
Today, another new person said Chad told them "You must have me confused with someone else", pretended to know nothing about SFLM, then got angry and threatened to call police.
Can anyone make sense of this? Is Chad deploying people to try and cover his tracks?

I still say someone who is close to his Utah location should pay a visit and see if that location is a legitimate business and if Chad McKay is available to talk with. There's no legitimate reason for the silence.

The number i called is a salt Lake city Utah number ! He confirmed that he was Chad Mackay! I told him who i was and where I was calling from to which he replied how are you.? As soon as I said not well and asked about sflm he became angry and hung up! I called several times reaching him twice more. He never once denied he was the sflm Chad Macksy he only threatened me with the police! I stated i wanted the law involved and encouraged him to call the police! After that I was blocked !

Wow. It actually does seem like the number posted on OTC Markets goes to a different Chad MacKay that owns a restaurant in Seattle. The restaurant phone number has the same 206 area code. Holy moly...

If I recall that (posted on Ihub ) private number begins with a 206 prefix. That's a Washington state number. It may well be a wrong number and wrong person. I may be wrong as to who specifically made the statements, but it was one/some of the people going back and forth with that HiLo guy in the first half of 2023.

Something along the lines of "there will be a huge SEC/FINRA investigation on this one".
