Results of Adjourned Extraordinary General Meeting of Matomy Media Group Ltd.

Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA) (the "Company"), announces that the resolution proposed to Company's shareholders at its Adjourned Extraordinary General Meeting ("Adjourned EGM") held on October 20, 2020, was duly passed.

There were duly represented at the meeting 24,855,111 shares, out of the 98,761,839 issued and outstanding shares of the Company.

The results of the Adjourned EGM are as follows:
