Update on AGM

Starcrest Education The Belt & Road Limited (LSE: OBOR), the international developer and operator of education services in Europe, today provides an update with regard to its Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

In the audited final results for the year ended 31 December 2019, announced on 9 April 2020, the Chairman's Statement stated that it was the Company's intention to hold the AGM in May 2020. Due to current circumstances relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, the AGM has been postponed and is now planned to take place before 24 August 2020. Details for the meeting will be provided in due course.
