The Form 1-A/A filing alone doesnt authorize the sale of those shares. You need the SEC to qualify those shares. If that is what you are specifically talking about.

Next week should be full of positive action; you might well be correct that the share price could hit thirty dollars. [let us hope.]

All of this is tremendously exciting. Strong workforce capable of meeting demand. Strong demand which is growing due to recent updates in the NCCN cutaneous melanoma guidelines. Price increase to IL-2 + TILs. And insurance a non-issue.

This is on track towards profitability.

Paid a nice tax bill converting my traditional IRA to Roth. 2/3 of my shares are in Roth IRAs. 1/3 in my brokerage account. Majority are long term capital gains. Looking forward to avoiding those capital gains.

It will be interesting to see which NWBO shareholders get to over 100

i bought this a few weeks ago for fifty bucks, but i think it was a mistake, but since it wasn't much money then ill just hold it to see what happens but i wont hold my breath.
