Eni Receives Development Plan Approval for Merakes Field in Indonesia

Eni SpA (ENI.MI) said Wednesday that the energy ministry of
Indonesia has approved its offshore Merakes field development
plan.
The approved plan "foresees the drilling and completion of six
subsea wells and the construction and installation of subsea
systems and pipelines" to be connected to the Jangkrik floating
production unit, Eni said.
