You dont understand how Reg A offerings work clearly.

Company sells shares to an individual at a discount (in this case they are being sold at .005). This doesnt show up in the volume.
Shares are transferred to the individual and the unrestricted share count increases (10m were transferred last week)
The individual can then sell them on the open market (this is what shows up in the volume)

There are a lot of shares bought at a discount that now need to be sold.

So I say again- this has got a much bigger run coming

Sure it can. All thats being sold right now is the Reg A dilution. 10m shares were diluted last week at .005 so those are being sold on the open market now. There will be more.

This accumulation without a significant price increase can’t go on forever. As more and more shares are being accumulated- this has all the look of a stock that is going to break out soon!

12% interest paid to himself on all outstanding balances. Not a bad gig. Better than any savings accounts, and better than many retirement account returns. Plus he will get money from the Reg A as "Administrative costs" or "marketing and advertising.

Pretty expensive to revive a shell and then play games. The alternative is to revive a shell, move in a verifiable company with revenue, file required paperwork with various agencies, and do things the right way. One path will always lead to more success than the other
