Well, considering the CEO has already got over many hurdles thus far for RITE shareholders in only 6 months, and only continues to execute, maybe give him longer than a week after this acquisition was completed.

Since when does the SEC review mining properties? 

you do realize that the SEC is valuing the claims at $0.00 rite? So first things first...lets get current with our filings ... and then the SEC can review said valuations.
But is odd that the previous company had those claims for years and years and could barely even keep paying B.Land Management for the renewals.... even at it's best the old company felt the valuation correlated to .005 PPS....but even that was not attainable. ..and no company that does mining appeared interested ...hence this new story of RITE getting the claims for RITE stock.

No minerals, metals, or Rare Earths.... they do however seem to have traded a boatload of shares for more rights to some claims at 3 locations. Not sure why the previous company did not mine them. but RITE is not a mining company in the sense they pull anything out of the ground.

Forgive my ignorance but does RITE have precious metals deposits?

Yes and precious metals, minerals and rare Earths all heading north so could be the perfect storm for a march to dime +
