Frank has explained the need for a R/S. Playing a numbers game with the share structure isn't going to address the debt problems Frank has gotten the company into. You should read the 10-12G/A he submitted carefully.

Would have been a CE if anything on US end.  I check CIRO and see it says what noradio posts.  I was wondering why Canada can halt US ticker and it is because of finra.  Makes sense until something else proves otherwise.
