jroon, so technically speaking the reverse split is 1 for 20, not 20-1 so for example every 1000 share owned you will receive 50 shares after the reverse split. a forward split would be just the opposite, for every 1000 shares owned, you would receive 20,000. with the 1-20 there's far less dilution
