On April 26, 2021, Krisa Management LLC sold one (1) share of Special 2021 Series A Preferred Stock of the company for an agreed upon purchase price to Omis Public Capital Management, LLC. The Special preferred share controls 60% of the company’s total voting rights. The issuance of the preferred share to Omnis Capital Management, LLC. gave the controlling vote to control and govern the affairs of the company going forward.
Sanchez is the owner of Omnis.

That means Sanchez has been in control since 04/26/2021 - that over 4 years ago and still no revenue.

We have a physical bank building in Houston that is going through some leasehold improvements now before it opens. 
The yearly financials will be published at end of August and it will most likely not reflect anything new yet. Perhaps Q1 will, but that will not be out until mid October. 
Since I am a "hoper", I can only hope some press releases come out between now and those timelines. 😀

I think the one thing that you are missing is this. AVVH is an OTC company. Not Nasdaq filing as of yet. Crypto/AI/ is the wave of the future. Trump is bringing this to the forefront in the USA and in the American finance markets. All via the legit banking industry. This is 99.999% going to happen.

In order for AVVH to achieve it's goals of an AI/crypto banking company? It has to establish itself first via a legit bank/finance company. And then allowing the filings to take them to the next level and the next. There is a reason why the OS has not changed in 5 years and that they have kept their filings up to date.

The first step is what you are about to see. The merger with a legit bank. This then allows them to do what they want in the AI/crypto markets.

Granger National Bank is tiny:
As of December 31, 2023, Granger National Bank had total assets of $41.6 million, with net loans totaling $5.8 million (14% of total assets).
"Small bank means an institution that, as of December 31 of either of the prior two calendar years, had assets of less than $1.564 billion."

So Granger is a tiny bank that has loans totaling $5.8 million.

Good point and I agree that was a big change and it hurt the OTC a lot. But companies with legit business plans and filings can still get financing. It is just a lot more strict. As it should be. I believe what is coming with AVVH is going to more than qualify them to achieve the financing that they need.

The change was when the SEC amended the 15c2-11 in September 2021.

Trump doesn't care about the OTC market. Financing hasn't changed most of the toxic lenders are out of business.

OTC companies don't have access to conventional financing.

Understand that the OTC/pink markets have been put on lockdown for the past 4 years due to the SEC, the Fed, and Biden. It has been a no mans land and that is because the left wanted to enrich their leftist elites. In other words big money.

That is all changing after the new administration. Things are loosening up as far as financing for smaller OTCs and pinks. As we just saw in the recent AVVH filing.

This was run up once before... could happen again. JMO.

Because it happened during a never before seen time in the market, everyone was getting free money and everything was running.

Miguel would have to release absolutely insane news to get it above 0.05 and it will take years of positive news for it to get to .10 organically.

Notice I said organically, some pump group could get a hold of this and pump it sky high but sans that .10 is a pipe dream right now, don’t get greedy.

Big volume will arrive when there is an official press release with more specific details.
