Consumers Bancorp, Inc. was formed in 1965 in Minerva, Ohio, and is the holding company of Consumers National Bank. As an independent community bank, Consumers National Bank provides commercial banking services online and through 21 branch locations and one loan production office in Carroll, Columbiana, Jefferson, Mahoning, Stark, Summit, Wayne and contiguous counties in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The Bank engages in generating deposits and originating loans. Our deposit products include business and personal savings accounts, negotiable order of withdrawal (NOW) accounts, time deposits and demand accounts, as well as certificates of deposit. The Bank's loan portfolio principally consists of real estate loans, mortgages, construction loans, commercial, financial, and agricultural loans, and personal installment loans. The Bank primarily invests in securities consisting of U.S. Government and government agency obligations, municipal obligations, mortgage-backed securities, and collateralized mortgage obligations issued by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
