they have a good game plan with huge upside on buying distressed property and negotiating discounts with the banks. The float is very low on this one, so when they start to use IR, I think the stock will pop.

I saw it traded at 5.5 cents so it tells me there is still a little stock out there- If you are buying, can you tell me what broker you use. Some brokers allow you to trade it, some others not yet!

Assets just went into the company, it reactivated from the expert back to pink current, so looking forward to seeing the company build out its business plan!!

On September 30th, 2024 Cirmaker purchased 100% of Beagalltach Holdings Limited, which in turn
owns 50.2% of Moralltach Global Plc., a distressed property purchaser and developer located in Ireland,
Pursuant to the terms of the Share Purchase Agreement the company agreed to issue 520,000,000
common shares at a deemed value of $22,078,125. All assets and liabilities from Beagalltach Holdings
Limited. and Moralltach Global Plc. have been consolidated as part of the condensed consolidated
statement of financial position as at September 30th, 2024. As the acquisition occurred at the close of
business on September 30th, 2024 no revenue or expenses have been recorded for the prior period.

Well, long wait, new set of Directors, but the company is finally going, new filings, pink limited going to pink current, 44 million of assets rolled in.

Totally different now. The company was a shell, now just rolled in 44 million in assets, so I think the game is afoot!!

Cirmaker Technology Corp is now under new management, and is currently in the process of changing its business model and developing a new platform to help jump start the economy to the benefit of businesses around the world.

Financial statements have been posted to OTC Markets. As per the latest quarterly report dated June 30th, 2021 the outstanding shares is listed as 26,393,443 which is unchanged since 2004. I am surprised to learn from these disclosures that they have been operating at a profit since 2011 and that they have accumulated $711,076 in retained earnings.

It'll be interesting to see how the market reacts if at all when they are returned to pink current market status.
