As devastating as the fake lawsuit was an attempt to put us out of business, and once again credit to the former CEO, literally putting his house up to pay for the legal bills. The simple fact that we beat the Federal Trade Commission, which should be one of our greatest claims proving that are material is the real deal. Of course with no real PR leading the way on media that you need to actually spend money to have access to, the share price is what it is as this is still an esoteric company. One article in an industry trade site, or one commercial on the business channels would do more than has been done in all the previous years combined.

We see from the share price that these stupid old copy and paste on this social media website is 100% meaningless, and that is what some PR company that is paid to promote the company does instead , that is like stealing from the company

It is taking much more to move this stock much higher whereby many other small companies, if they were in the same situation with their revenues increases such as IVDN has been doing, would have seen their stock price much higher by now but because of the past here with the law suit etc, more caution is taking place here. All we need is to see revenues keep riding much higher and higher for this current full year of 2025 and well into next year, then I believe with both increased exposure and long term revenue increasing will come the belief in many folks that this company is well on it’s way to really rewarding itself and those who will have hung in here for the duration. JMOO. Everyone must do their own DD to come up with their own decisions whether to hold, buy, or sell any investment.

Everything is great lately except whoever should be spending the money to properly promote the company and share with the world, what a great job, the new CEO is doing. Keep copying and pasting old meaningless data in terms of the current share price.

Imagine if Red Chip had a commercial on TV showing the qualities of the Insultex, the stock would be greater than two dollars by now.

Under the guise of a new CEO, everything is trending upwards in a major significant way;
Sales Profitability, additional companies that can finalize our material, etc. etc,

To your point any company properly promoted in a professional way needed for the financial world, would have the stock at least at $1.50 and that is probably conservative. The PR‘s obviously are not going to where it would have the greatest impact, additionally in trade industry specific sites. Whatever is going on now this is as meaningless as the people that daily copy and paste, old news and “like” each other‘s comments, as if they’re all working for the same company. Nothing shows that you are not just an interested shareholder, as liking your own comments two times every time you post. There must be some incentive financially for that embarrassing behavior.

Obviously, nobody follows this site other than people that already own the stock. Watching CNBC, as I am typing this and see commercial after commercial promoting new startup companies that nobody knows about, and you see within the short time the stocks are exploding higher.

The current IVDN stock status does not make sense. For a company to be ever in it’s best business financial position and not trading much higher than where it presently is does not add up, the extreme precaution taking place here is too strong for a company breaking all barriers going forward. All indications point to IVDN at sometime exploding much higher. JMOO. I am not saying to buy, hold, or sell IVDN or any other investment. Everyone must do their own research to come up with their own decisions.

Searay, both former CEO Joseph Riccelli, Sr. and his son, the current CEO, have the same name. Sometimes the current CEO lists his name as Joseph A. Riccelli or Joseph Riccelli, Jr and sometimes not. The father does not always use Sr. as part of his name either. It means nothing, of course. Any new changes in management would be covered in official company filings as we have seen previously. No such filings have bee made in 2025. Any good investor would know this.

pitcook, it looks like the older Riccelli is back, in the contact on 4/07/2025, it states messages coming from Riccelli Jr. but at the end it states Contact Name Joseph Reccelli CEO, no Jr. implied there, another guesswork in process for the readers. As long as we see, going forward, the continuing increase in revenues coming in and things being expedited quickly as possible, plus see the trading of this stock trade keep trading a little more each day, we will be in good shape. Wow a grand total of about $8,000 was spent today. You can almost buy a 70” OLED TV for that amount. Properly promoted with the unbelievable job the new CEO is doing it should trade hundreds of thousands of shares a day and with a company like Red Chip or others or that are actual professional to start the stock easily should be more than one dollar

Yes railroadman, we should certainly give credit to all IVDN management for all the accomplishments that have brought the company to its best position ever in 2025 and looking for much more to come. Per the latest news and filings, IVDN has now turned the corner to profitability on record setting sales which continue to grow. All legal issues have been resolved in the company's favor and we have an outstanding sales agent in Built Link Solutions which is bringing in so much new business for Insultex House Wrap that the company is currently making moves to add new production capacity in multiple locations. All of this could not have come to pass without the groundwork that was laid by the company's original CEO and his team.

Don’t get me wrong we are all long here and want this to skyrocket ASAP but when you get irrational your credibility goes down so stay leveled and focused. State things as they are not more not less. Give it time and we will reap the rewards.

Good looking close to the week for IVDN at its 52 high of .40 again. This buying and building bid support is in response to all the strongly positive news that the company has been issuing lately which everyone should be sure to review. It is especially nice to see IVDN gaining ground while the general markets and many other stocks including Nasdaq issues are slumping do to the current political climate.
