RNVA No offence but **ASK*** and seeing in black and white with my own eyes on a legal filling that states "Rennova Health, Inc., has voting control of the Company at this moment in time" would solve it all ,,,,can you tell me where in any of the sec filings that i can find that ,,, i have yet to see that on paper on a legal sec filing thanks in advance !!

The recent transactions with Rennova Health, Inc., and the shareholder approval received on January 2025 means that Rennova Health, Inc., has voting control of the Company at this moment in time. Yep experienced a R/S then started playing the bi annual "runs" from no bid to .0003 ever since. Always waited for it to go back to no bid post R/S and recouped some of my losses. Unfortunately, those days are gone with absolutely no chance while on the EM. I honestly don't understand how you are still satisfied with Seamus's lack of performance all these years. He has not come through for us yet. Not ONCE....I hope you and the other three blind mice get the last laugh. If y'all do, that means I won also.....

No one refutes the fact that Seamus is now the CEO. I don't get your point. You or I have not benefited one bit from loss of assets and Seamus's lateral move from one company to another. If everything was as you guys perceive it to be, then all these transactions and/or deals should have occurred simultaneously impacting both companies in a positive way. RNVA has been left in the dark leaving idgits like yourself to name call and belittle other posters just because you have nothing better else to do. At the end of the day, all we are left with is speculation, hope, and dreams.

This implies that Rennova Community Health, Inc., (and therefore RNVA and its shareholders) are now in control of FOXO...

Didn't you get the memo from FOXO? FOXO has a new ceo. He doesn't have time for such trivial things. He is preoccupied building another company's value utilizing another company's assets to achieve it. It's quite comical or quiite unimaginative. His newsletter to RNVA shareholders back in 2024, stated he was creating value for us using those same assets. We might be screwed here...He's pitching the same bs just not to us anymore

Rnva has to file form 211 to the SEC to start the process to change the EM tier. I think they would need to supply two years of financials to be in compliance? There can be several reasons, speculating on why so far this is not happening and what are the propects it will and if so, when. The longer it goes with no word from mangement on it, the more negative the outlook may appear.

Looking at form 211, it does not seem too difficult to fill out. So what's stopping Rnva from doing so?

Point is Seamus has no motivation to file anything. Everything here is not contingent on FOXO it's actually contingent on Seamus not screwing us. Honestly, was there even a vote to move assets from RNVA to FOXO? If so, it seems it will benefit institutional investors and Seamus. Sorry Filter, but if we (RNVA) owns FOXO, then why didn't Seamus mention us in the letter to FOXO? Where are my FOXO shares?
