Who knows who it is and how much if they have any left, maybe skimmed their position. All I know, this is definitely not the time to bid whack, I have no issue selling on the way up, but bid whacking 25,000 shares, this merger is more and more a possibility with this new admin in place, essentially leaving 250,000 dollars on the table for about 8,000 dollars, not a smart move. Starting next week, the only place I want to be in is TGLO, market is going to be dump frenzy all next week because of the tariffs.

Interesting that exactly 25K were sold. Probably one seller and hopefully he's done.

It doesn't work that way, there will be sellers on the way up, we have a couple of fashionable flippers on this board. The trick with this one would be, that is if you don't want to get flippers in the mix, don't tout new DD, let them find it themselves.

It's a good article by Mr. Dick. The following article (or the referenced study) that just popped up for me when reading LNG news should give MARAD and others more confidence (not that it matters at this point). The study, commissioned by the former administration (which I've yet to read), might help with any legal or other pushback, and given the findings, the green light for LNG and Delfin just got a little brighter for me. It's all about conviction....

The overall conclusion, therefore, seems to be that while the production and transportation of liquefied natural gas does generate emissions of methane and carbon dioxide, there are offsetting effects that bring down the net effect of these emissions to a negligible fraction of a percentage—even if U.S. LNG exports really boom, expanding fivefold between now and 2050. That should be good news for producers, but there is even better news for energy consumers. The Department of Energy also concluded in its assessment that even a major increase in LNG exports would not move domestic gas prices too much.

I’m taking a small 3x profit at 0.44. So bid to 0.44, there are 5000 shares waiting. I want to have some crazy money riding the wild up/down rides. If it goes straight up to $1 tomorrow, it is OK, got plenty tucked away.

For those sitting on the bid, the poor soul who dumped 100k shares into .20 last week is kicking themselves right now, seeing people hitting .40 and .41 on the ask. The relative volume on this uptrend, compared to our last run up to .85 back in 2022, is much less. This should tell you that something has shifted significantly. It's called conviction. You may get some folks who want $5k or $3k here and there, but the dumps of 100k shares at these price levels will be less and less as we start to prepare for the run up to $1. Good luck to all!

That's the whole point! It was a live link several months ago, but now it's down. The thinking is that they are making updates to that "approved" page and Delfin will be on that page once it's live again. ;)

You are quite correct I missed the reference to '24 as it used to be a separate paragraph I believe. I agree that I think the wording has been trimmed down somewhat.
Either way it's pretty much a fait accompli at this point!

Anyone else having issues with orders getting filled today? I had one order fill at 0.38, and my second order at 0.38 isn't on the level 2 that I can see.

Right - I didn't remember all the language from the disapproved page, but it sure looks trimmed down. This still references the April 2024 request, but it's only asking for an amended application. Perhaps that's all they want is the amended application from Delfin to rubber stamp. I'm speaking out of turn here, as I have not been following as closely as others. Either way, you're right that the process seems to have been simplified.

I fully expect permits to be issued early next week. Good luck. I love back room deals.

What's interesting is that MARAD deleted all the 2024 narrative that talked about Delfin being asked to re-submit due to all the perceived changes to the project. Jumped right to April '23 when the boys submitted the updated EIS to MARAD. I only know this as I was on this sight earlier this week.
