Director Dealing, Option Exercise and Total Voting Rights

finnCap Group plc (AIM: FCAP) (the "Company") today announces that Stuart Andrews, an executive director of the Company, has exercised options over 1,100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 14p per share under the finnCap EMI Plan.

Following the exercise of these options, Stuart Andrews has a beneficial interest in 4,978,334 ordinary shares, representing 2.82% of the Company's issued share capital, and has further options over 1,100,000 ordinary shares.

The Company's Ordinary Shares referred to above are finnCap Group plc ordinary shares of 1 penny each and, following the issue of these 1,100,000 shares and the additional issue of shares to another employee who has exercised his options, the total number of shares in issue is 176,585,014.

Further details on the exercise are included in the notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of English law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
