Markets showed a sign of weakness, briefly, and I closed ASB for a small gain.
One reason I like 90% winners in my trading is that I do not have to check for wash sale before buying a stock.

It's not working! Pump harder....  6's keep falling and 7's keep building!!!  

Lesson here: Don't play with bloated tickers in the OTC    You get burned 100% of the time!!!

Here is my assumption. I may be wrong. MHRA stating they are “ actively working on the application” means, to me, it is not in the appeal process.

I could be wrong, but I see no other reason to respond like that, or bother to respond, if the maa decision was in the appeal process
