("Hotel Chocolat", the "Company" or the "Group")
PDMR Dealing
The Company announces that, on 2 March 2021, Co-founder and
Chief Executive Officer, Angus Thirlwell, and Co-founder and
Development Director, Peter Harris, both of whom are PDMRs of the
Company, each settled 5,300,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") into trusts they have set up for the benefit of
their respective family members and for philanthropic purposes. Mr
Thirlwell and Mr Harris, together with their wives, are each the
trustees of their respective trusts. As a result, the numbers of
Ordinary Shares which Mr Thirlwell and Mr Harris own legally and/or
beneficially have not changed. The Ordinary Shares which they hold
legally and/or beneficially are shown in the table below.
