If I am not mistaken, the judge must cite the reason that his ruling is sealed. Who is he protecting, the plaintiff or the defendants? Rapz, GBC? Anyone?

Which the SEC will do, there is precedent for it for the EXACT SAME crime. We ensured that this was cited and confirmed by the SEC. They will do the same thing here, they saw 2 years jailtime.

An SEC suit won't get them prison time. The USDOJ and/or a State Atorney General needs to bring criminal charges. Though they often work together in investigating, they are separate charging actions. The SEC cannot bring criminal charges.
