Yeah in my opinion selling right now would not be a good idea, especially if someone has held on for a while, as most have. Audited report will be out in the next 2 weeks, and should provide some clarity on what the company is up to with the name change and who knows what else. IMO the name change

I continue to look, but so far I have not found any connections between China Datang Holdings Group Corp. Ltd and China Datang Corporation Ltd (CDT) (other than the similar name game)
Oddly enough the pumpers have not provided:
1) Proof this is true
2) a retraction if it isn't

I've seen it plenty of times including one company that said it was filing the 10-K imminently. It still hasn't been filed. For 2023. It's now on the "expert market."

In that case the "it's coming guys soon guys" PR allowed the company to continue selling shares with the money goin
