The shell isn't clean - as it was an old Bill Schaefer shell GRDO. The baggage follows the shell and Sharp hasn't done anything to clean up the shell.

Sharp withdrew the S-1 and still hasn't refiled.

So nothing is going to happen until a S-1 is declared Effective.

Plus, I don't believe the nonsense from Sharp about the reason for withdrawing the S-1:
Due to the objections of the United States Securities and Exchange (“SEC”) regarding the company’s S-1 filing under the 1934 Act—the SEC has requested that Forwardly file under the 1940 Act—the company has elected to withdraw its S-1 filing for the time being. That is more excuses from Sharp not reasons.

Very nice bounce back for the OTC King's stocks today!

George a Winner states the village idiot? LOL. His top horses are not doing well at all. He is doing terrible in high stakes races. Many of his wins are in low priced claiming or allowance races. Coming in 2nd in a $20,000 race probably does not cover expenses! Average price is about $11,000 for the winner but only $3800 for 2nd and the payot gets lower.. For example the $3800 race, subtract expenses and he could be losing on that race.

Let's see how he does at Lone Star on the 26th. He has a chance to win some nice purses. Or look like a bigger A Hole. The three horses entered in the high purse races have only won about $11,000 this year and the odds don't look good for Monday!
