Canaccord Capital Inc. discloses director's dealings 
 
    Sale of Canaccord shares 
 
    VANCOUVER, Sept. 2 /CNW/ - Canaccord Capital Inc. (TSX & AIM: CCI) was 
notified yesterday, September 1, 2009 that Peter Brown, Chairman of Canaccord 
Capital Inc. and a director of the company, sold on September 1, 2009, through 
the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange, 142,400 common shares in the 
company for his personal account, his RRSP account and The MacLachlan 
Investments Corporation at an average price of C$9.00 per share. As a result, 
Mr. Brown (directly and through his RRSP account and his personal holding 
company, The MacLachlan Investments Corporation) now holds 1,407,600 common 
shares in the company, representing 2.54% of the common shares issued and 
outstanding.
