("CAP-XX" or "the Company")
Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial
responsibilities
CAP-XX Limited, a world leader in the design and manufacture of
thin, flat supercapacitors and energy management systems, announces
the following sales of the Company's ordinary shares of no par
value each ("Ordinary Shares"). These sales of Ordinary Shares
occurred via the CAP-XX employee share plan and follow the exercise
of share options by CAP-XX's Directors and employees which was
announced on 10 December 2020. The CAP-XX employee share plan is
managed by an independent third party and the Ordinary Shares
resulting from exercised share options are sold as a single
consolidated holding rather than individuals providing separate
instructions to a broker.
In total 1,025,000 Ordinary S hares were sold on behalf of
Directors and employees and the transactions associated with the
Company's directors and persons discharging managerial
responsibilities ("PDMRs") were as follows :-
On 28 April 2021, Mr Patrick Elliott, Non Executive Chairman,
sold 76,502 Ordinary Shares at a weighted average price of 9.51p
per share. Following this sale, Mr Elliott is interested in
9,164,739 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 2.0% of the voting rights
in the Company.
On 28 April 2021, Mr Bruce Grey, Non Executive Director , sold
133,879 Ordinary Shares at a weighted average price of 9.51p per
share. Following this sale, Mr Grey is interested in 8,083,125
Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.8% of the voting rights in the
Company.
On 28 April 2021, Mr Anthony Kongats, Chief Executive Officer ,
sold 459,014 Ordinary Shares at a weighted average price of 9.51p
per share. Following this sale, Mr Kongats is interested in
15,299,547 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.3% of the voting rights
in the Company.
On 28 April 2021, Mr Pierre Mars, Vice President of Quality and
Applications , sold 57,377 Ordinary Shares at a weighted average
price of 9.51p per share.
On 28 April 2021, Mr Mike Taylor, Chief Financial Officer , sold
38,251 Ordinary Shares at a weighted average price of 9.51 per
share.
On 28 April 2021, Dr Alex Bilyk, Vice President of Research
& Development , sold 114,754 Ordinary Shares at a weighted
average price of 9.51p per share.
On 28 April 2021, Mr Song Hee Lau, Sales Manager Asia Pacific ,
sold 45,423 Ordinary Shares at a weighted average price of 9.51p
per share.
