Issue of Equity for Option Exercise under 2016 Company Share Option Plan

Draper Esprit PLC (AIM: GROW, ESM: GRW), a leading venture capital firm investing in and developing high growth digital technology businesses, announces that on 18 March 2021 the Company approved the allotment of 69,296 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options by an employee under the 2016 Company Share Option Plan.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and Euronext Growth and it is expected that admission will take place on 26 March 2021. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 139,097,075 Ordinary Shares.
