The Company has been informed that, on 8 April 2021, Simon Fraser, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p nominal value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 462.399p per share.

Following the above mentioned acquisition, Simon Fraser is beneficially interested in 20,000 Ordinary Shares, in aggregate representing 0.01% of the Company's voting rights.
