Paris, France and Camberley, UK - 11 November 2020 - Novacyt (EURONEXT GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), an international specialist in clinical diagnostics, announces that it has been notified that, on 10 November 2020, Edwin Snape, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,080 ordinary shares of EUR1/15 each in the Company at a price of GBP7.15 per share. Following the purchase, Mr Snape is interested in 17,919 ordinary shares representing 0.025% of the issued share capital.
