Result of Extraordinary General Meeting 
 
 
 
Natsun Holdings Limited (AIM : NTS) announces that, at the Extraordinary General 
Meeting of the Company held today, the resolution put to shareholders to approve 
the cancellation of admission to AIM was duly passed. 
 
 
Accordingly, it is expected that the cancellation of dealings in the Company's 
ordinary shares of 62.5 pence each from trading on AIM will take place at 7 a.m. 
on 14 April 2009.
