LONDON--Telit Communications PLC (TCM.LN) said Wednesday it has appointed Shawn Reynolds as its chief marketing officer, who will be responsible for directing the group's global marketing strategy and managing its brand awareness and reputation.

Before, Mr. Reynolds was leading the internet-of-things marketing at SAP (SAP.XE), the company said.

Shares at 0750 GMT down 0.75 pence, or 0.2%, at 335.50 pence valuing the company at GBP389 million.
