The dilution has nothing to do with buying more equipment or paying workers. It's strictly for debt conversion on a note that wasn't needed. You should know this by now if you paid attention. Only a couple billion shares to go to pay off the note.

How about the pumpers who keep pumping away to get investors to buy dilution shares? Why don't you attack them?

So you're saying that the company has no responsibility to update shareholders as to why the plant is so late? They're just supposed to sit in the dark waiting?

However, Don, while increasing the share count, they reduced the debt to W/C, acquired more equipment, more workers were paid, more deals were made, and they had to pay the BOD and Torres. All the while, they didn't exhaust their cash on hand, assuming they truly have that cash in reserve.

So, I would say that the dilution can be accounted for, while reducing the debt to W/C.

Delays in the production of the equipment from China; Government decision delays as to the set up, the environmental, the delays in the electrical upgrades, miscalculation of completion due to finance or manpower shortages, juggling numerous projects, getting delayed in one on one consultations, snags in delivery of the equipment and the truckers, and on and on. And one delay may delay the subsequent action(s)

Well let’s see, the digital assets division has shut down. The new processing facility has yet to process squat. They haven’t concluded the purchase of the rock pile. They missed the third quarter completion timeline. The onsite lab was just a hallway. No drilling results from the Bonanza project. The Zodiac purchase has not been completed.
All in all just a bunch of smoke in that 14 months old PR, like all the rest.
