Judge says you owe these people money. Deborah says, I am owed just as much. Judge says you need to list the property for sale.
Deborah says, we just listed it for sale. With Colliers, the best of the best.

What else do you want? We’re trying to sell a property. Or a joint venture of course.

This lawsuit is terribly timed. It’s like they’re cutting off their nose to spite their face.
Part of me thinks they’re trying to steal the property, but that’s just my own crazy theory.

We just listed with Colliers. Apparently they really love this property and they think that it’s one of the better places to put foreign money that wants to get into the United States.
Colliers is one of the best as far as having an international footprint. Ask chat GPT lol.

And to be clear, I am not saying that these people do not deserve their money.
They do!

I believe they’re making pretty good interest in the meantime.

Maybe but what you have to look at here is your common shares going to be worth. Anybody can buy it once its devalued , but common shareholders are usually last. We now have high interstress rate first time in 10 plus years , Banks are depressed. Trillions of loans coming due in the next few years.Its up to you or me at this point. Folks want their money.

This is definitely gone on way too long.

And it should not have taken them this long to hire Colliers.
But we are finally in good hands as far as marketing goes. These guys are quite capable:

This is what he is talking about.

The first lien holders are attempting to force a liquidation.
Something tells me they are trying to get the property for cheap.
Something else tells me that Colliers will obtain funding to pay these guys off soon enough.

This is a desperate attempt to take over the property imo. Otherwise, why would they try to disrupt the best opportunity the company has had in years to land a deal, which in turn would get them their money back sooner than later.

I too wonder what you are talking about? Just give a link or something if you can't verbalize the accusation.

The PR was a nice step and will get this undervalued stock in front of many new big hitters....who might both show possible interest in the property and/or at a minimum the stock. All they need to do is read the financials and see the appraisals, the undiluted low share count, the minor debt, the solid management, and they will see how cheap the stock has been for quite a while now.

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 13, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Diamondhead Casino Corporation (OTCBB: DHCC) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has retained Colliers to assist the Company in marketing and financing the development of its Diamondhead, Mississippi Property and/or to sell all or part of the Diamondhead Property. Colliers has prepared marketing materials to market and promote the Property and is now in the process of soliciting interested parties.

The Company owns, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mississippi Gaming Corporation, an approximate 400-acre tract of land on Interstate 10 in Diamondhead, Mississippi. The property fronts Interstate 10 for approximately two miles and fronts the Bay of St. Louis for approximately two miles. Over eighteen million vehicles pass the site yearly. The property is already zoned as a Special Use District-Waterfront Gaming District, which permits the development of a casino resort. In addition, the Mississippi Gaming Commission has granted Mississippi Gaming Corporation Gaming Site Approval on a fifty acre site located on the east side of the property.

In commenting on the opportunity, Patrick Slagle, Vice President of Colliers in Washington, D.C. stated: "We believe the Diamondhead site is one of the best remaining gaming sites in the entire country. Under its agreement with Colliers, the Company is free to continue discussions with other interested parties. Unless extended by the parties, the Agreement will terminate at the end of this year.

The Company also announced that its subsidiary, Mississippi Gaming Corporation ("MGC"), had entered into a Settlement Agreement with Cooperative Energy, a Mississippi Electric Cooperative, which had filed an eminent domain action against MGC, for $1,000,000 million in return for easements along the northern portion of the property. In October of 2023, Mississippi Gaming Corporation received $845,378 as part of the settlement amount. The parties are working on the wording of the easements. Once the easements are finalized and signed, Cooperative Energy will pay MGC the remaining amount due of $154,622.

The Company's Officers and Directors may purchase the Company's stock in the open market from time to time at prevailing prices.

I have personally, once upon a time when I lived down there. I had a weekend home there. The casino boat location would be a premium location as it would be only a couple hundred yards south off I-10 at the Diamondhead exit. DHead also has a private airport right there at that exit. This has been in play for decades though. Hurricane Katrina did massive damage at that spot though, typical for those hurricanes in that region

well here we are still waiting for something to happen. Very little liquidity, inconsistently trying to pick up shares near a dime, but hard to get a fill. Seems every time I remove my bid thats when theres a fill, oh well I should eventually get filled.

yea that was my fill for 1000 shares unfortunately thru Schwab costing me 8 bucks commission, exactly what I was afraid of would happen but I hadnt gotten the money moved over to Fidelity yet. I dont know about the appraisal should be soon though.

Cut the crap man, take a hike, sell me your shares tomorrow. I have a massive, I mean a massive position here, and would love to add in the .17 range but theres just so little selling this tax selling season. This will literally end up on the moon, granted figuring out the timing has been very very difficult and while they havent closed on a deal, yet, lets see what the land value appraisal comes in at, way way above what the creditors will get, way way above that. We're fine, its the waiting that is frustrating. Milked the company, are you friggin kidding me? Why dont you show the proof of that, they havent made a cent, contrary. But when things happen they'll be rewarded modestly for their work.

I have to say, with what the company has, the fact that we have not consummated a deal yet is baffling and extremely dissapointing. Our money has been tied up much longer than it should be. Thank goodness we have the land and with the new appraisal hopefully it will show significant increase in value. Part of me just wants to sell the land say at a buck a share and move on, its so painful to wait. In any case, shares in the teens if you can get them, should be very profitable.
