Company will not buy any tokens -- Company will identify, market and sell to a potential Buyer and within 14 days it will close the transaction.

There should be a clause in the Private Placement Memorandum. That you can't guarantee a buyer. Can you check?

RD What I notice is that if the inventory cycle is reduced from 15 to 10 days the value of the tokens almost double. At first glance that seems surprising.

The "Fair Value" he is referring to is the $252 you called price expectation in the worksheet. Assuming a cycle rate of 3 days.

Fair Value = Intrinsic Value = EPS x P/E = 9.35 x
