Independence Air to Begin Service to Portland Tomorrow 6 Daily Flights to Washington, DC and Connecting Cities Begin June 23rd One-Way Fares as Low as $69 DULLES, Va., June 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Independence Air will begin low-fare service to Portland International Jetport (PWM) tomorrow, June 23rd with six daily, non-stop flights to Washington Dulles International Airport.
