Anadarko Petroleum Promotes Gwin to President, Fink to CFO

Anadarko Petroleum Corp. (APC) on Thursday said the company
named Bob Gwin as its new president.
Previously, Mr. Gwin served as executive vice president, finance
and chief financial officer, the company said.
Benjamin M. Fink, formerly senior vice president, and president
and chief executive of Western Gas Partners, LP and Western Gas
Equity Partners, LP will succeed Mr. Gwin as EVP, finance and
CFO.
Western Gas is a limited partnership formed by Anadarko
Petroleum to acquire, own, develop and operate midstream
assets.
Western Gas Partners (WES) and Western Gas Equity Partners (WGP)
also named Robin H. Fielder president of the partnerships,
succeeding Mr. Fink, who has been appointed chairman of the board
of the partnerships. He replaces Mr. Gwin, who will continue to
serve on the Partnerships' boards.
Ms. Fielder will also succeed Mr. Fink as CEO of the
Partnerships effective Jan. 1, and will also join the partnerships'
boards, along with Mitch Ingram, Anadarko's executive vice
president, international, deepwater and exploration.
Anadarko also elected Alexandra Pruner and Michael K. Grimm to
serve as independent directors of the company.
