Ballard Power Systems Inc (BLDP) Share Price

Between now and 2030 - 35 BEV's will continue to dominate outselling FCEV's by more than 1,000 to 1; and the lack of hydrogen infrastructure will continue to be the reason. In North America, the much touted Hydrogen Hubs won't be fully operational until 2028-29, so their impact on vehicle sales will be minimal.

What is worrisome to the dramatic drop in FCEV sales in North America this year. A drop in sales by more than 50% seems to indicate that the hydrogen vehicle experiment has failed.

We see buses, garbage trucks and other municipal vehicles using hydrogen. Municipalities are not businesses and are not as concerned for the bottom line or ROI. Their criteria might be more environmentally weighted than competitive economics, otherwise hydrogen for on-road applications can never make sense.

Not sure why market is ignoring this, but eased, finalized 45v rules are coming within the next 2 weeks! When the authors of law tell an agency they need to get the law's intent right by a certain date, they always do it.

These senators wrote the 45v law, so will be taken very seriously and say the draft significantly deviates from the law's intent.

Not only are their recommendations enormously bullish for hydrogen names, unlocking billions into the space, but they also insist treasury finalize before Aug 16th!

I'd say this caused the Thu/Fri rally but hydrogen was only inline with solar names.

All the hydrogen names should mean revert (at least) to 52 week highs in the next few weeks!

At some point this is going to pop over 5$, buying more an adding these cheapies
