P2P Health Systems Inc. (NEX:PTP.H) (the "Company") is pleased to report that
the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's Change of
Business, Private Placement, Consolidation, Name Change and Symbol Change.


Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders on November 10, 2009,
effective November 26, 2009 the Company will consolidate its capital on a two
old for one new basis. Effective on the same date the name of the Company will
be changed to "SALARES LITHIUM INC.".


Effective at the opening of market on Thursday, November 26, 2009, shares of
Salares Lithium Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the
symbol "LIT" on a consolidated basis, and the common shares of P2P Health
Systems Inc. will be delisted. The Company is now classified as a "Mining"
company.
