BEO Bancorp (OTCBB:BEOB) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a two for one stock split in the form of a 100% stock dividend. The shares will be distributed on August 20, 2007, to shareholders of record as of August 19, 2007. Shareholders will receive one additional share of common stock for every share currently owned.
