Yeah the ticker is pretty beaten up, I think thats an obvious. Realize were talking about a .0005 ticker with a market cap of $346k. Gotta be in pretty bad shape homeboy. Its about what could happen is whats up and why I said its a good lotto.

I read they are. Its been 1 year and it has changed frequently, so since it has been brought into filings and being updated, that is a positive my man. It now says the moneys will be repaid by the large contract when finalized and even cautions due diligence by investors since its unknown. Also for the final share issuance, it says when a new merger business closes, it will wipe that out. The market has priced this accordingly so I think it is a good lotto.

Management is currently exploring new business opportunities. There were no recorded revenues or expenses in the subsidiaries during the quarter. A large sales/services contract was signed during the third quarter reporting period, and an initial deposit was received. The contract was increased in mid-September; however, the balance is 180 days aged as of the filing of the document. Nevertheless, as of the report date the customer has indicated they still plan to fulfill the contract and fund. Management recommends investor caution until funding is completed. The receivable is balanced by a ‘deferred revenue’ liability as no equity can be recognized until produce is shipped. Successfully receiving the full sales of the contract will re-capitalize the subsidiaries and allow operations to resume. Earlier in 2024 the failure of a power transformer at the initial hosting site in Texas caused major short term operational and liquidity issues for the company. An agreement was reached in January 2024 to eliminate all the convertible debt into a 7.5% equity position and a simple $300,000 settlement paid off over five years. As of the report date the shares have not been issued, however successfully closing a new business should resolve the issue. Successfully collecting the large receivable will materially change the outlook for BitFrontier Capital moving forward as it represents a new line of business that appears promising. Management will provide more details upon receiving the funds. The new United States Administration is significantly more friendly to Crypto related businesses. Management is currently reviewing new long-term proposals while awaiting the fulfillment of the large sales contract.

No they are not working on debt. They claimed this a year ago and then just copy and pasted it to the succeeding filings.

This is verifiable by the all the filing of last year and this year. More share issuing from convertible debt came to Jeffery Mutual and $0 went to any of the $300k payment they agreed to. Jeffery just crushed out over 100 million shares in the last 3 months.

This ticker is empty. It was diaclosed that $0 revenue for Q4 2024 in any parts of BFCH claimed companies. Ronnie and telesis IT was dusclosed as separating from Andy and BFCH completely.

There is still over $1 million in matured convertibles owed to Jeffery Mutual. Plus promised shares to the investors that got screwed by Andy and the failed Texas hotbox. Andy also was recently denied bankruptcy protection claims for over $2 million associated with BFCH and the companies. He lost his house, vehicles, appliances and jewelry.

BFCH is hollow, sunk, and in debt by a very large amount.

Per annual, that debt is being worked on to being totally erased.  Them shining light on it is a start, most times it's hidden and not even discussed.  What's your thoughts on that?
