DigitalTown, Inc. (OTCQB: DGTW) announced today that board member David R. Pomije has been appointed DigitalTown's new Chief Executive Officer by its board. Paul Gramstad, CFO and former interim president and CEO, will maintain his CFO responsibilities for the company.
