Corp. has cancelled 15 million common stock shares under the name of DG Ventures, Inc. (sole
shareholder Daniel A. Goldin), in parallel Jetblack Corp. has issued out 15 million restricted
common stock shares to the principal of Intrinsic Methods LLC, as stipulated in the executed
definitive agreements.
Based on the current projects in Intrinsic Methods portfolio, the company can create over
$630,000,000 USD in Future Mitigation Units.
In parallel, Intrinsic Methods has created a carbon offset registry on the XRP Ledger. The
company received a grant from Ripple to create the registry. The registry is at MainNet and being
tested for official release by Ripple.
The company is actively seeking the sale of its current available batch of FMU’s to businesses
seeking to lower their carbon footprint, and in parallel developing the remaining FMU’s.
“It’s very possible, Intrinsic could see $1 Billion USD in tree backlogs this year. If there is
enough demand for carbon offsets, Intrinsic Methods is well positioned to fulfill those demands,”
