                Board strengthened with appointment of Director


The Board of AT Communications is pleased to announce the appointment of Fred
Hallsworth as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Fred (54) is a chartered accountant who has held a number of senior management
positions in the professional services sector. Most recently, he was Senior
Client Service Partner and Head of Technology, Media and Communications ("TMC")
for Deloitte Scotland.

Previously, he was Head of Corporate Finance, Head of Audit and Managing Partner
of Andersen Cambridge, and Managing Partner of Andersen Scotland. He has over 30
years' experience of assisting companies with their fundraising, merger and
acquisition, initial public offering and associated transactions.

Fred has been involved in corporate finance and advisory work for TMC and life
sciences companies for the last 20 years.

As a non-executive director, Fred has extensive experience of corporate
governance and audit requirements. He has also sat on the finance committee of
the University of Cambridge.
