The Issuer is currently in discussion with its auditors in relation to the finalisation of its audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021, due to be filed by 30 June 2022. The outcome of those discussions is likely to have a bearing on the Issuer's management accounts for the period to 31 March 2022. Accordingly, and pending the outcome of those discussions, the release of the Issuer's management accounts to 31 March 2022 to the Trustee and rating agencies, as required under transaction documents, will be delayed until the audited accounts to 31 December 2021 have been finalised with the auditors.

The discussions relating to the audited accounts are unrelated to the settlement of certain claims brought by a small group of Borrowers who had threatened litigation and as disclosed to noteholder in the Issuer's notices to Noteholders dated 17 April 2020, 15 March 2021 and 27 May 2021.
