                                 Trading Update


Further to the announcement of 9 March 2007, Creative Education Corporation Plc
("CEC" or "Company") announces that the option granted to Solent Nominees
Limited ("SNL") to subscribe for #1 million of loan stock in the Company has now
expired.

Since the announcement of the interim results for the six months ended 31
January 2007 made on 30 April 2007, the Company has continued to trade broadly
in line with expectations, but is still loss-making on a month to month basis
and has forecast that it will not reach break even until the first quarter of
2008.

Whilst the Company currently has banking facilities available to it, its
financial position remains weak and the directors of CEC are in discussion with
its bank and other creditors and are also investigating other possible methods
of strengthening the Company's balance sheet, which may include an investment by
SNL.  Any such restructuring or refinancing must be completed by the end of July
and a further announcement regarding the Company's financial position will be
made as soon as possible.
