Scrip Dividend in respect of the Final Dividend for the year ended 30 September 
2009 
 
 
On 19 November 2009, the Directors of the Company recommended a final dividend 
for the year ended 30 September 2009 of 1.31 pence per ordinary share, payable 
on 10 February 2010 to shareholders on the Register on 18 December 2009, subject 
to approval at the AGM on 27 January 2010. 
 
 
The Market Value for the issue of ordinary shares under the Scrip Dividend has 
now been set at 48.5 pence for each ordinary share. The Market Value is 
calculated as the average middle market quotation for the ordinary shares on the 
London Stock Exchange as derived from the AIM Appendix to the Daily Official 
List for the five trading days commencing on 16 December 2009 (the first day on 
which the shares were quoted ex-dividend).
