Result of AGM
CareTech Holdings PLC (AIM: CTH), a pioneering provider of
specialist social care and education services to adults and
children in the UK, announces that at the Group's Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all proposed resolutions were
duly passed.
Noting the duration of Karl Monaghan's tenure as a Director of
the Group, the Board confirms that it will commence a search for a
new Chair of the Audit Committee. Once this appointment is made,
Karl Monaghan will retire from CareTech's Board. It is expected
that a suitable candidate will be identified and Karl Monaghan's
retirement will be effected within no more than twelve months.
