The way I understand it too is that the NIH preclinicals is for pain and they applied for grant funding for IND enablement for epilepsy.

Definitely the comments about applying for more grant funding for ampakines and bringing in additional assets to develop, etc, etc is signaling conf

Not only that. They made this way more complicated by issuing a ton of restricted shares, naively thinking that wouldn’t cause a problem. They were wrong. Every single restricted share must now be canceled and that is a huge headache.
